Shipping policy

We offer flat rate shipping $8.95 for regular shipping and $15.95 for express post shipping anywhere within Australia. If you wish to make a purchase and do not live within Australia, please email us on sales@decksandco.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your order and ship to your desired location.

As we are not metro based, shipping times will vary depending on day/time the item is posted. We will always request a tracking number from the post office and email to you with confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Some orders may have a small waiting period to be completed due to not having the stock on hand or having to hand-make or customise your order. We will always let you know when ordering and do our very best to delivery your order as quickly as possible.

Return & exchange policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and it is your responsibility organise and pay for return postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at philippa@decksandco.com

We do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere or decided you did not like the purchase and had no use for it.

Our policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
